Packaging System
Most of our machines are nude package ,but before shipment,we will put anti-rust oil on the machines and wrap plastic film on the machines,this is to prevent rust while shipping.
There will be some wooden boxs for the small parts, such as toolbox, rollers .etc.
The PLC control station and hydraulic oil station also need to be wraped separately.
When the roofing sheet machine is being loaded,to make sure the machine is steady,it should be fasten by the wire ropes at different sections.
All the parts such like Hydraulic stations and PLC control stations should also be fastened
