The focal point of our production line is the punching machine, the cornerstone of our entire setup. This is a robust 200-ton punching machine, and we understand that many clients may be curious about a specific aspect of its design. Instead of the traditional bottle, we’ve integrated a reservoir for a specialized chemical liquid. This liquid serves a dual purpose: Firstly, it ensures that the surface of the material being punched remains unscathed. Secondly, it cools the coils and punching needles, preventing damage due to the heat generated by continuous operation.
The punching machine caters to a wide range of client needs, accommodating diverse orders with varying hole patterns. To facilitate this, we’ve incorporated four easy-to-access switches that allow operators to swiftly change modes without the need for any tools. All adjustments can be made either through the intuitive PC control system or directly on the machine itself, ensuring a swift and seamless transition between different settings.
Additionally, we’ve implemented a user-friendly waste liquid collection system. This large box effectively captures any excess liquid, ensuring that your factory floor remains unharmed. The punching machine can be conveniently controlled both from the PLC system and the counter located on the machine itself, guaranteeing precise control over the length of the material being processed.
Lastly, all electrical connections on our punching machine are made using aviation-grade plugs, which are not only reliable but also extremely easy to plug and unplug. This ensures a hassle-free experience for operators, further enhancing the overall efficiency of our production line.
