A high-speed machine for producing corrugated metal roofing sheets is an industrial tool specifically engineered to manufacture these sheets efficiently and swiftly. These roofing sheets, known for their durability, strength, and weather resistance, are widely utilized in construction for roofing. The machine automates the entire process, including forming, cutting, and molding the metal sheets into the required corrugated shape.

High Speed Corrugated Metal Roofing Sheet Machine
Feeding Device
The metal coil is introduced into the machine via a series of rollers and guides, facilitating a seamless and uninterrupted production flow.
Rubber rollers are employed to protect the surface of the raw materials from any potential damage.
Hand wheels enable easy adjustments to accommodate different thicknesses of raw materials.
The platform width can be conveniently altered using a hand wheel, incorporating built-in bearings to safeguard the edges of the steel sheet.
Roll Forming Device
This component serves as the core of the machine, responsible for shaping the metal sheet into the desired corrugated profile. A sequence of specially engineered rollers and dies modifies the metal’s form as it traverses this area.
Constructed from 45# steel with a chromed treatment (chromium thickness: 0.05 mm), it provides corrosion resistance and enhances hardness. The thick chrome layer ensures excellent durability for extended service life.
Each roller is numbered and marked with keynotes, allowing for stable fixation on the shaft.
