Today, I will guide you through our comprehensive punching production line. This fully automated system boasts numerous advanced features, and I’ll take you through each component in detail. At the heart of this machinery is a 10-ton hydraulic decoiler, equipped with an upper bender for seamless coil loading.
Let’s delve deeper into the benefits of this hydraulic decoiler. Firstly, it features oiling for the press arm, ensuring smoother operation and extended lifespan. Secondly, all electric lines are neatly organized in cable trays, enhancing safety and durability. The cover table and surrounding areas are also designed to protect the lines, maintaining the machine’s aesthetic appeal while promoting safety.
Our loading cart, with its V-shaped design, ensures that coils are loaded without scratching their surfaces or materials. Similarly, the up-bender, when loaded with coils, smoothly bends them and feeds them into the system. Later, I’ll demonstrate how this process works.
Another significant aspect of this decoiler is its safety features. Limit switches and plastic-encased wiring ensure safe operation. You can control the machine either directly or remotely, within a range of 10 to 15 meters, eliminating the need to physically approach the machinery. Additionally, a sensor detects when coils are under the ground and automatically halts the decoiler to maintain optimal speed and synchronization with the entire production line.
